ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS
We believe that architecture is a combination of art and science. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION / MAINTENANCE

Mannvit has served as engineering consultant on almost every type of building project including, domestic housing, schools, hotels, sports centers, offices, factories, hospitals and health centers.

CONCRETE PADS
Pads made of concrete are poured and cured by the generator manufacturer, the installer, or by a local company that specializes in concrete products. The process is simple. Mixed concrete is poured into a form and allowed to harden. Curing takes up to a week for full strength. In the case of a generator manufacturer product such as the GenPad, the pad is often purchased and shipped with the generator.
MOBILE TOWER STRENGTHENING
Our technical team visit the telecom sites and acquired the data regarding existing load of antennas on tower, poles, mast, monopole etc., collect the foundation size, existing condition of tower’s beam & pedestal etc., and analysis the structure for existing loading condition considering wind pressure at particular site location. We provide detail report of existing tower/pole and it’s foundation in existing loading condition. In case, tower condition is not feasible to take existing loading condition then we recommends strengthening of tower/pole by providing additional bracing for tower/pole & for tower foundation and necessary measures.
MOBILE TOWER ERECTION SERVICES
Communication tower erection services build communication towers, set up satellite dishes, and install related communications equipment. They also provide design engineering, structural analysis, and line testing services
POWER EARTHING & GROUNDING SERVICES
Earthing Services is a specialist provider of electrical earthing system designs for sites ranging from renewable and conventional power generation and transmission, telecommunication and light rail. Powertech Pakistan has the ability to support electrical earthing needs from initial architectural designs all the way to system completion it is understandable why Earthing Services is the increasingly popular choice amongst consultants, constructors, and clients alike.
SOLAR STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
We carefully analyze the suitability of the location of the future solar power plant, carrying out the corresponding feasibility studies of the site and the grid connection point. All contracts are structured, created and completed considering the future requirements of investors looking at predictable asset performance over 20 to 25 years.
Alongside site preparation, we start working on the implementation of the plant. This includes technical and project planning, mechanical and electrical designs, engineering and plant layout, amongst others. We stick to our contractual obligations, delivering high quality innovative solutions with real added value.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL WORK
Powertech offers all general electrical services such as installation of new electrical circuits; maintenance and repair of building switchboards; repair of indoor and outdoor lighting systems; general troubleshooting and repair of electrical distribution systems.
Managing high Voltage power distribution system, unit repair or replacement of underground or overhead distribution lines; Rerouting of power distribution to back-up circuits during emergencies.
AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES
Air Conditioning Services provides maintenance and repair services for all HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment and systems in the residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The team’s responsibility includes installation of new or replacement of existing components needed to maintain existing systems up and running. All mechanics on the team are certified to recover and handle regulated refrigerant gases in all systems. Emergency service for air conditioning/heating equipment is available 24 hours a day.
